Ya know how everyone is really into jumpsuits lately? Not a look for everyone but if you have the frame for it it’s a solid look, no? Well, Fussie and I do have the frame for it, as we do for most clothes. Anything from Daisy Dukes to Woolen capes, we’ll rock it, and rock it hard (it’s a confidence game, like health insurance or stealing from the elderly). So we have created Popular Mechanics so that we might give a healthy nod to times oldest con men- mechanics!
Fussie was difficult about the jumpsuit thing, so as a result, he is wearing a pink hoodie with silver hearts on it. It’s a gender fuck-you to old daddy here, which couldn’t thrill me more! My cat is trans… I can’t wait to tell the other sphynx moms about it at daycare. The modernity of it all!! The CURRENCY!!!!
If he did want to piss me off, he would join the Log Cabin Republicans and vote for Trump. I think that’s every parent’s worst fear. For now, I’m going to pull a Will and Jayda Smith towards the whole situation and let him just do him. Parenting, they don’t make a handbook, eh?
So for our Popular Mechanics look I’m keeping it pretty simple because it’s a lot of looks. What could be worse that looking like a middle-aged toddler in a onesie? My jumpsuit is from Dickies. Where else would one get a jumpsuit? The only thing I don’t love is that’s not 100% cotton. Lots of poly was used in the construction of this gem. The t-shirt is Stussy. Fun fact about this shirt. It was a gift to my husband, and I hid it from him so I could get the first wear! I’m not a great person deep down. The boots are from a small Italian leather goods company called Gucci.
Love and light with Popular Mechanics
